The Russian state tendering systemThe Russian state tender system publishes tenders for all public sector purchases over 500 000 Roubles (about €5 000). Utilities, large state owned companies must also tender through the same system. Some private companies also do so. Over 40% of Russian GDP is on the system. If your firm wants a presence in infrastructure, health, education and so on, monitoring state tenders is a must. Only a handful of defence and space tenders are excluded.
There are thousands of tenders published daily. This page shows random examples translated by machine. The procedures for access to the tender details and to make a bid require a local presence.
